Dear Parents
I am delighted to share our latest Inspection report with you. As a school we are proud of the judgements given and feel that the Inspection Team really understood and appreciated the ethos of The Mead. To have received outstanding judgements for Pastoral Care and Governance was particularly thrilling as they are rarely given and these areas are, of course, pivotal to a child’s successful learning and positive educational experience.
As an inspector myself, I am only too aware that all schools must have at least three ‘next steps’ – ours, as I am sure you agree, are particularly light and minimal and were easily addressed by the time the report became public.
Please take time to peruse the report. It will give a strong flavour of the education the children, entrusted in our care, are receiving.
