Admissions Procedure




  • Phone the School and request a prospectus

  • Phone the School to make an appointment to view and meet the Headmistress

  • Send in the completed Registration Form and deposit

  • Receive confirmation of place, a New Children’s File, plus details of dates, uniform, medical form etc.

  • Receive invoice for the commitment fee (which is half the first term’s fees) one term in advance of joining the School (to be deducted from fees from the first term at The Mead)

  • Invitation to New Children’s Morning or playgroup

  • Purchase uniform – mostly from the School’s own Uniform Shop

  • Deliver your child on the first day of term in appropriate uniform!

  • Pay the fees on the first day of term

  • Should your child start in the midst of a term, you will be charged on a pro rata basis
